Thank you for joining us on this happy occasion.  We are here to assist you with your accommodations for the wedding so please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with the details of your travels to Kenya.

Location

The wedding will take place in Mombasa, in the beautiful country of Kenya. 

Travel

Mombasa is less than a day from anywhere in the world and you can use British, Qatar, Emirates or Turkish airlines, to make your way there.  If you are traveling just for the wedding then you could fly into Mombasa (Moi International Airport, MBA), but if you would like to experience a safari tour while in Kenya before or after the wedding then you can begin your trip in Nairobi (Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, JKA)  [please see our add on safari packages for details]

Event Dates

The main event will be on December 14th. Reception night and rehearsal dinner will be held two days before the wedding.  There will be an after-party on the last night. We would love it if you could grace us with your presence on Monday December 12th, 2022.

• Arrival & Reception evening: December 12th, 2022
• Wedding ceremony: December 14th, 2022
• After party: December 15th, 2022
• Departure: December 16th, 2022

Accomodations

Your stay for the celebrations will be at the wonderful “Reef Hotel” in a spectacular setting fronting the famous Nyali beach in Mombasa, North Coast.  We have arranged for our guests to have an all-inclusive double occupancy ocean view room at a fantastic group rate of $1000 USD for 4 nights.  If you will not be able to attend for the entire 4 nights please contact us and we can assist you with your accommodations for a shorter stay.

Beyond the Wedding

Many of you have communicated that you would be interested in traveling in Kenya beyond the wedding and so we have created two safari packages which can be added on to your trip.  One package named the Zebra Safari will be for those of you that would like to come to Kenya prior to the wedding to experience a safari tour and the other, the Elephant Safari, will be for those of you that would like to extend your trip after the wedding to have this once in a life time experience.  If you are interested you can add them to your Kenyan adventure in December.
